MLM Secrets

If you are like me and have struggled on the internet trying to find the way to make it work you are not alone. I have not been into the “World of the Internet” not as long as some of you have but I wanted to make a difference in people’s life.

The Law of Abundance simply states that the Universe is a naturally abundant place and there is enough to go around for everyone. It also states that in order to receive your share of abundance you must be in alignment with the spiritual essence of money. That is what comes around goes around. In other words what you give out to the Universe comes back to you tenfold. Always remember this when working your  “Online Businesses”and be willing to help people and give your time freely to help others succeed. Put others needs before your own and you will reap the rewards as a result.  Use The Law of Attraction to attract abundance into your life through your online business. This is sure to help you to create financial freedom online. The Law of Attraction states that whatever you think about or focus your attention on the most will manifest itself into your physical reality. So start focusing all of your energy and thoughts on success and that is exactly what you will receive.

Today I know it is much easier to become a network marketer if you receive the right information. There are many ways to make money online, but you need to focus on one and master it before you move onto another one.

I have noticed that the most successful marketers start by promoting one business and then branch out to promoting multiple businesses. There is a lot of common sense in this.

First you get a chance to learn the ins and outs of Internet Marketing which in itself takes a little time to adjust to. Second you will learn from your mistakes and these mistakes will be at less of a cost if you are only making the mistakes for one instead of multiplying it with other businesses you promote. The third and final observation is with one business to concentrate on your learning curve will be shorter and you are more likely to get very good in a quicker time period.

Of course everyone is different, however if you are just starting out in the Internet Marketing industry the most important thing would be to not spread yourself out to thin.

One of the MLM Secrets of becoming a master marketer is try to learn something new everyday and put it into ACTION!  Knowledge without Action Leads to Delusion!

MY COMFORT ZONE
By Author Unknown

I used to have a comfort zone where I knew I wouldn’t fail.
The same four walls and busywork were really more like jail.
I longed so much to do the things I’d never done before,
But stayed inside my comfort zone and paced the same old floor.

I said it didn’t matter that I wasn’t doing much.
I said I didn’t care for things like
commission checks and such.
I claimed to be so busy with the things inside the zone,
But deep inside I longed for something special of my own.

I couldn’t let my life go by just watching others win.
I held my breath; I stepped outside and let the change begin.
I took a step and with new strength I’d never felt before,
I kissed my comfort zone goodbye and closed and locked the door.

If you’re in a comfort zone, afraid to venture out,
Remember that all winners were at one time filled with doubt.
A step or two and words of praise can make your dreams come true.
Reach for your future with a smile; success is there for you!

Twelve Priceless Qualities of Success:

1. The value of time.
2. The success of perseverance.
3. The pleasure of working.
4. The dignity of simplicity.
5. The worth of character.
6. The power of kindness.
7. The influence of example.
8. The obligation of duty.
9. The wisdom of economy.
10. The virtue of patience.
11. The improvement of talent.
12. The joy of originating.”

Having an Attitude of Gratitude is a very powerful way to manifest abundance into your online business. Keep a journal and write all of the things you are thankful for into it daily. As well as that write down the things you wish to attract into your life in the future and thank the universe now for them as if they have already been granted. This is a highly effective way to help you attract financial freedom online.

To Your Success,

The Story Of The Internet

How the Internet Began..

In ancient Israel, it came to pass that a trader by the name of Abraham Com did take unto himself a young wife by the name of Dot. And Dot Com was a comely woman, broad of shoulder and long of leg.  Indeed,  she had been called Amazon Dot Com.

She said unto Abraham, her husband, “Why doth thou travel far from town to town with thy goods when thou can trade without ever leaving thy tent?”

And Abraham did look at her as though she were several saddle bags short of a camel load, but simply said, “How, Dear?” And Dot replied, “I will place drums in all the towns and drums in between to send messages saying what you have for sale and they will reply telling you which hath the best price.

And the sale can be made on the drums and delivery made by Uriah’s Pony Stable (UPS).

Abraham thought long and decided he would let Dot have her way with the drums. The drums rang out and were an immediate success. Abraham sold all the goods he had at the top price, without ever moving from his tent.

But this success did arouse envy.  A man named Maccabia did secret himself inside Abraham’s drum and was accused of insider trading.

And the young man did take to Dot Com’s trading as doth the greedy horsefly take to horse flesh.

And, before very long, there were many others and They were called Nomadic Ecclesiastical Rich Dominican Siderites, or NERDS for short.

And lo, the land was so feverish with joy at the new riches and the deafening sound of drums, that no one noticed that the real riches were going to the drum maker, one Brother William of Gates, who bought up every drum company in the land. And indeed did insist on making drums that would work only with Brother Gates’ drumheads and drumsticks

Dot did say, “Oh, Abraham, what we have started is being taken over by others.” And as Abraham looked out over the Bay of Ezekiel, (or as it came to be known “eBay” ) he said, “we need a name that reflects what we are,” and Dot replied, “Young Ambitious Hebrew Owner Operators.” “YAHOO”, said Abraham. And that is how it all began; it wasn’t Al Gore after all.

Don’t know who wrote this, but they have a good brain!

Are You Capable of Making Money On the Internet?

Are you thinking about how to make money on the internet—

or have become disillusioned trying—Well here’s exactly how to create your own Web Business and make money on the Internet. It’s really not that difficult–but–You absolutely have to LEARN HOW to do it. Have you ever wondered why it is that, when trying to build a business, some people are really successful while others fail dismally.  Is it just a matter of good luck or bad luck?

Absolutely not. As in any business, successful people have LEARNED HOW to become successful. Not knowing HOW to become successful is the reason why 97 people out of every 100 who try simply fail or just lose heart and quit.  So now to make money on the internet is simply a business and should be treated as any other business venture, you absolutely have to learn HOW it’s done and all the information required to do that is freely available to you by the end of this article.  On the web you can find a zillion e-books telling you all the various aspects of what you have to know to be successful.

But—because of the vastness of the internet and the masses of information available, you will never be successful if you do not understand how to filter out only that information you require and how to Link it all Together. Even with all these great e-books and Gurus giving advice, virtually nobody is explaining how to filter out exactly that information you require if you are ever to make money on the internet. And, right up until now, that has been the cause of such heartache and disappointment to thousands of people.

But, even worse than that, it has left a great industry wide open to all those scammers reassuring people that the process was “dead easy” and all you needed to do is buy this “Great e-Book for only $250.00 within the next 2 days before the price goes back up again to $500.00”. “Dead easy”, nothing could be further from the truth. It is not “dead easy” but it is quite achievable, with the correct information and guidance, and you are prepared to take the time to learn the necessary fundamental principals involved in building this or any business. Rest assured, around 18 months ago, being in the same boat as you, spending a heap of money and wasting so much valuable time–being told its “dead easy”–what a joke!   But success is now quite achievable if you are prepared to make a little effort. It’s essential you should start out with the correct attitude that “this project will only be as successful as the effort I am prepared to put into it”.

Here’s a great little formula to remember Success = Effort X Time

Let’s look at it this way—a common site to most people is seeing a building construction going on somewhere.  Now in building that house or even a multi-story  building,  you have to start with the foundations and finish with a roof but there’s a lot of steps in between which must be followed in their correct sequence if that construction is to be successfully completed.  Well, you know, like finding “Gurus” on the Internet, in building you can find any number of very knowledgeable experts who can tell you all about architecture, foundations, floors, walls, ceilings, electrical fittings, plumbing etc. etc. but practically none of them could ever link it all together to construct a building.

And it is the same with anything you want to achieve in life. You have to fully understand the correct starting point (the foundations), the finishing point (the roof) and the correct order of all the steps in between. And if you want to make money on the internet, exactly the same principals apply, you have to be prepared to spend the time to first learn and understand the required necessary skills. You absolutely have to be trained as the builder who PUTS IT ALL TOGETHER.

As with everything in life, effort and time are necessary ingredients for success.  While all this may cause you to think—“ but can I do it”, this all sounds so difficult. Now never never sell yourself short. You will never never know what is achievable for you if you never never try. Also it’s very importantly to learn to ignore the knockers, you will encounter heaps of them. They are generally those people who will never never try.

We must look for ways to be an active force in our own lives.  We must take charge of our own destinies  design a life of substance, and truly begin to live our dreams.

WINNERS BLUEPRINT FOR ACHIEVEMENT

Believe while others are doubting.

Plan while others are playing.

Study while others are sleeping.

Decide while others are delaying.

Prepare while others are daydreaming.

Begin while others are procrastinating.

Work while others are wishing.

Save while others are wasting.

Listen while others are talking.

Smile while others are frowning.

Commend while others are criticizing.

Persist while others are quitting.

Fail Your Way to Success

Buy.com

It’s not a big secret that 97% of the people who get into network marketing fail. Most of these people fail not because they have the wrong MLM company, poor upline support or even crappy leads.

Most people fail in network marketing because they simply don’t have enough motivation to drive them to do the actions they need to do in order to succeed. In short, they don’t have a real enough “why.” Notice that I said “real” and not “big” enough. It’s important to draw that distinction here. Big dreams are great as are big goals. In fact, I haven’t met anyone who doesn’t have some big fantastic dream floating in his or her head somewhere.

When you put it in terms of the network marketing business, most people want to be rich, drive a fancy car, live in a 5,000 square foot home and go on lavish vacations. It’s just that very few are willing to actually work for it. Once they find out it’s not as easy as they hoped they give up or worse yet go on spending money on one get-rich-quick scheme after another.

Network Marketing has many aspects, but promotion, persistence, and patience are three key elements which are critical to achieving successful results.

PROMOTION is the lifeblood of network marketing. Whether you are using online methods or offline methods, or a combination of both, you must constantly strive to get your offering in front of a targeted audience.

There are thousands of published sources that deal with specific methods of network marketing (both online and offline), but the key point to be made here is that you must have an active promotion campaign designed to bring in a steady stream of new prospective down-line members.

PERSISTENCE is a key element in network marketing success. You’ve gotta “just keep on keepin’ on”, even though frustration levels can be quite high at times.

After you have been at it a while, and have a down–line large enough to provide reasonably accurate statistics, you will probably find that about 95% of your down-line members are dormant and do nothing at all.   Its easy to get down in the dumps or take it personally when you encounter so many “do nothing” people.

Therefore, it is really important work with and actively support the 5% or so that are serious about participating. And clearly, an active and effective promotion campaign will continue to bring in increasing numbers of potential participants so that while 5% is small on a percentage basis, it can still be a sizeable amount from a pure numbers standpoint.

PATIENCE is Vital. You can expect that it will take about a year before the awesome power of geometric growth kicks in.

A classic illustration of geometric growth is the frequently used penny-a-day example.

If you save one penny on the first day, and double it every successive day, (day two you have 2 pennies and day three you have 4 pennies, and so on) how much will you have at the end of 30 days? The answer, to the astonishment of many, is $5,368,708! Amazing, but true.

Its a sad statistic that most network marketers fail and it is often traceable to the fact that they did not exhibit enough persistence and patience to continue constantly promoting their business for the year or so that is required for success.

Network Marketers that stick with it for a year or more often end up becoming the proverbial “heavy hitters”.

I would like to encourage you to increase your chances of becoming a Successful Network Marketer by always keeping a clear focus on “the three P’s” of Promotion, Persistence, and Patience.

I have heard that “Network Advertising is Self Improvement wrapped around a product or service.” And it’s so true!  True leaders, by nature,  supply massive value to other people. The only method to become a leader and a true success story in this business would be to create up our value,  grow and also learn as human beings,  and share that wealth of knowledge with other people.  Do not ever stop growing.

Regret City

I had not really planned on taking a trip this time of year, and yet I found myself packing rather hurriedly. This trip was going to be unpleasant and I knew in advance that no real good would come of it. This is my annual “Guilt Trip.”
I got tickets to fly there on “WISH-I-HAD” airlines. It was an extremely short flight. I got my “baggage,” which I could not check. I chose to carry it myself all the way. It was loaded down with a thousand memories of “what might have been.” No one greeted me as I entered the terminal to the . I say international because people from all over the world come to this dismal town.
As I checked into the “Last Resort” Hotel, I noticed that they would be hosting the year’s most important event — the annual “Pity Party.” I wasn’t going to miss that great social occasion. Many of the towns leading citizens would be there.
First, there would be the “Done” family; you know, “Should Have,” “Would Have” and “Could Have.” Then came the “I Had” family. You probably know old “Wish” and his clan. Of course, the “Opportunities” family; “Missed and Lost,” would be present. The biggest family there would be the “Yesterday’s.”
There are far too many of them to count, but each one would have a very sad story to share. Of course, “Shattered Dreams” would surely make and appearance. “It’s Their Fault” family would regale us with stories (excuses) about how things had failed in their life. Each story would be loudly applauded by the “Don’t Blame Me” and “I Couldn’t Help It” committee.
To make a long story short, I went to this depressing party, knowing full well there would be no real benefit in doing so. And, as usual, I became very depressed. But as I thought about all of the stories of failures brought back from the past, it occurred to me that this trip and subsequent “pity parties” COULD be cancelled by ME!
I started to realize that I did not have to be there. And I didn’t have to be depressed. One thing kept going through my mind, I CAN’T CHANGE YESTERDAY, BUT I DO HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE TODAY A WONDERFUL DAY. I can be happy, joyous, fulfilled, encouraged, as well as being encouraging.
Knowing this, I left immediately, and didn’t leave a forwarding address. Am I sorry for mistakes I’ve made in the past? YES! But there is no way to undo them.
So, if you’re planning a trip back to , please cancel all those reservations now. Instead, take a trip to a nice place called: “Starting Again.” I like it so much that I made it my permanent residence. My neighbors, the “Been Forgiven” and the “We’re Saved” are so very helpful. By the way, you don’t have to carry around the heavy baggage anymore either. That load is lifted from your shoulders upon arrival. But don’t take my word for it, find out for yourself.
I am sure we have all been to Regret City.  But now is the time to make all of your Dreams Come True!
SUCCESS IS DETERMINED ON THE DRAWING BOARD
It isn’t enough to just want to be successful. You’ve got to ask yourself: “What are you going to do to get the things in life you want?”
Your problem is to bridge the distance which exists between where you are now and the goal you intend to reach. Planning brings your future into the present so you can do something about it now.
Somewhere there is a map of how it can be done. All you need is a good plan, and the courage to press on to your destination.
A well built house is started with a definite purpose and a set of blueprints. Your plan should provide the pattern for the actions you’ll take. Take time each day to study, think and plan.
Plan your steps, then implement your plan, then review your results. Do this frequently and make the appropriate alterations to your plan, and you’ll develop the power that will bring you to success.
No one was ever lost on a straight road.

Making time or marking time, how do you typically spend your days? Are you out there making things happen and making your dreams come true or are you simply marking time and taking up space? Far too many of us needlessly waste time and waste our lives away because we’ve never learned how to make our time count.

Although each of us is granted the same 365 days a year, how we use our time will in large measure dictate how much success, happiness and fulfillment we get to experience. While its true that we may not be able to actually “make” more hours in a 24 hour day, we can certainly make the most out of each available day, hour and minute. Therein lies the key.

The internet brings so many opportunities that can knock on your door.  Among them are the opportunities to make money online through network marketing.  But when opportunity network marketing knocks, do you open your door?

How to Determine the Right Opportunity

Not all opportunities for network marketing may be right for you.  Here are some tips on how to determine if network marketing is right for you:

  • You must be willing to work hard. This is a requisite that most people fail to comply with.  Network marketing is not a walk in the park.  Much more is it an overnight moneymaking generator.  Network marketing is about hard work and your willingness to give your time and attention to grow your business profitably.
  • You must be willing to do your assignment diligently. As there’s a lot to be done especially during the initial stages where you are establishing your network marketing business, you must be able to do your part such as finding a legitimate network marketing program.  You also need to search for the right marketing tools that will help you profit in the business.
  • You must be willing to learn and learn more. There’s so much to explore and learn about the business.  Understanding how network marketing works is an essential that every network marketer should be able to master over time.  You can easily get all the resources that you need to know more about network marketing from the internet.

There are a lot  of opportunities to knock on your door, here are some simple tips on how to choose the best opportunity network marketing:

  • Gather all the resources available online. Do not hurry the process of earning money, it will come naturally.  Take the time to know more about the available network marketing opportunities and how they can bring you the benefits you are looking for.
  • You should be able to identify and study your targeted market. Are you planning to capture the local market or are your products and services apt to invade the market globally?
  • Find out and thoroughly evaluate how network marketing companies you are considering enable their network marketers to earn their income.
  • Never hesitate to clear things up on how you can make money with the network marketing company you are considering.

Factors to Consider in a Network Marketing Company

Evaluating a network marketing company is important to land with the best opportunity network marketing to make money online.  Here are factors to consider in choosing the right company:

  • Is the company stable? How long has it been in the network marketing business?  Stability is crucial when you plan to make network marketing your long-term income generator.
  • How reliable is the network? Find the strength of your up line as network marketing is s shared success.  This means, you cannot succeed on this business by doing it alone.  You must have a credible up line and a strong down line to succeed in the business.

If you are able to carefully weigh your options in network marketing, you will be able to discover the right opportunity marketing network that when it knocks on your door, all you have to do is to open the door wide.
Dream it, create it, enjoy it!

To Your Success,

Successful Time Management

Buy.com

As a Business Owner, is TIME an issue with you? Are you always behind schedule or late for meetings or appointments? How many trains or planes have you only just made it to? How stressful do you find your day? How stressed are those who work around you because of your TIME issues?
You might want to consider taking the time to conduct a TIME AUDIT to see where you spend your time. The task can be hard going for some (listing everything you do in 15 minute intervals for the week), but the results are worth it. Some Business Owners have been successful in freeing up 24 hours in their week to work ON their business. Others have found one whole month out of the year.

In many cases, business owners are doing tasks that can be delegated, lumped together and in some cases, ignored altogether. There are ways you can take control of your day and below are 20 tips to make sure you manage your time  activities successfully.

1. Firstly, we all have the same 86,400 seconds every day. You can’t manage “TIME” but you can manage your ACTIVITY.

2. Have daily To-Do lists for things you know how “To Do”.

3. Have a Goals list to discover & complete things you don’t know how to do.

4. Set clear Goals and objectives (using the SMART Principle):

S is for Specific

M is for Measurable

A is for Achievable

R is for Results-focused

T is for Time-scaled

5. Set aside Time to come up with Ideas, using the TRAP principle:

T – is for un-interrupted Time to come up with the ideas

R – is for Record. Write them down

A – is for Assess. Keep the great ideas that excite you

P – is for Plan. Write down all the Steps needed to make them happen

6. Prioritize all tasks and activities.

7. Work on “Important” items before they become “Urgent”.

8. Get all relevant information and then make decisions. Be decisive!

9. Do things NOW that will provide the highest value to your time.

10. Use the Pareto Principle (80/20 rule) to focus on your priorities.

11. Be in the “Present”. Focus on one important task at a time.

12. “Eat that Frog” (do the hardest task of the day first).

13. Invest Time in Learning – replace “TV” time with Personal Development and Business Development time.

14. Develop great habits (21 times) so they happen without thinking.

15. Streamline your activity to be highly efficient and effective.

16. Use a quarterly plan to keep current on your goals.

17. Always ask “What am I doing? What works? What doesn’t work?” Do more of what works and less of what doesn’t.

18. Set World Class Life Goals. Major on the major, not on the minor.

19. Be focused – ignore interruptions and have set times for emails, meetings, things that crop up, etc.

20. Create A Success Diary – The weekly Timetable for your Business to get the important things DONE.

Following these “Tips” will get you focused on the important goals in your life and business. Take the time to make a difference.

Don’t Put Your Life On Layaway…

Why do we sometimes put our lives on layaway? You know what I’m talking about here, don’t you?  Far too often we put our hopes, dreams and aspirations “on hold” while we wait for the perfect time or perfect place to get the ball rolling. Why are we so willing to wait on this or that happening before we start happening ourselves?  Instead of making the most of every moment, we make excuses and put things off instead. Unknowingly, we put our lives on layaway.

The most successful in any field have long since learned that success just does not work in this fashion. A winner knows that waiting, delaying or putting off are nice ways of saying that you are stopping for the time being. And stopping won’t get you where you truly want to go, will it?

Waiting around just does not make any sense whatsoever to winners. Winners are never willing to wait on anything or anyone because they know they have what it takes to do it themselves right now. These self assured winners ignore the stop signs of life. They are always ready and raring to go, holding nothing back or in reserve as they strive to make today the best day of their lives.

Isn’t it high time that you have some fun and start experiencing all of the unbridled excitement life has to offer? Isn’t it high time that you commit to living each day with all of the passion and purpose you can muster? Isn’t it high time that you get up, get going and then keep going reaching higher, pushing harder while propelling yourself toward your date with destiny?

Once you stop making excuses and start making history, you will discover that life is just too much fun to ever put it on layaway again.

I Learned from My Grandma That the Seeds of Greatness Are…

My grandma, Mabel Reynolds Ostrander, and I shared one of those special relationships as rare as a double rainbow. She was fifty-three when I was ten. That’s when we planted our first “Victory” garden together during World War II. We planted seeds together—in the soil and in each other.

Grandma lived eighty-seven seasons without a complaint. I was forty-four when I last saw her. But I remember every mince and lemon tart, every bite of “made from scratch” apple pie, and every lingering wave of her hand as she stood (out of sight or so she thought) behind the rayon, Priscilla curtains in the little house at 718 West Pennsylvania Avenue in San Diego, California, where I was born and raised. As our station wagon full of kids and contentment would slowly pull away from the curb, we would all look back at her and wave—and I would gaze at her fragile silhouette through the rear view mirror, wishing I could frame her there forever, just that way—wondering how many more Easter and Christmas dinners we would share.

Most of all, I remember my grandma and me planting seeds. We planted squash, beans, corn, watermelons, beets, pansies, mums and other flowers. I’ll admit I rode my bike those twenty miles each Saturday more for the bonus of the conversation and the homemade pastries than for the vegetables and flowers. But no matter how full I was after I ate, I was always left hungry for more of the wisdom and optimism she shared with me.

I’ll never forget the day we tasted our first harvest as a result of crossing a plum tree with an apricot tree. The ripe fruit was pink, not purple like a plum, nor orange like an apricot; but a combination of both. “Gee, do you suppose they’ll be any good?” I asked. “Why of course they will be wonderful,” she chided. “Didn’t we do the planting, nurturing and pruning?”

Sure enough, they were delicious, even though they were different than any fruit I’d ever seen before. “That’s because they are uniquely unlike any other fruit you’ll ever eat. They are plumcots!” she exulted. “You always get out what you put in,” she continued as we sat under the tree eating most of what we had picked.

“Plant apple seeds and you get apple trees, plant acorns and you get majestic oak trees, plant weeds and you will harvest weeds (even without watering), plant the seeds of great ideas and you will get great individuals,” she said softly and intently, looking directly into my eyes. “Do you understand what I mean?” I nodded, remembering I’d heard her say the same thing before, in different ways.

I learned from my grandma that the seeds of greatness are not special genes, dependent on the gifted birth, the inherited bank account, the intellect, the skin-deep beauty, the race, the gender, or the status. The seeds of greatness are attitudes and beliefs that begin in children by observing, imitating and internalizing the lifestyles of significant role models and heroes.

“Model your thoughts and actions after men and women who have been passionate, excellent, honest, unselfish and creative in their service to others,” my grandmother had counseled.  Armed with that affirmation, I ventured forth to sow and reap my own legacy in life.

I’ve traveled the world to the seven seas.
I’ve been up at the top and down on my knees.
I’ve been blessed with abundance and plenty of weeds.

But I’ve never stopped caring about others’ need’s.

The Ten Seeds of Greatness

1. We must feel love inside ourselves before we can give it to others.

2. Our minds can’t tell the difference between real experience and one that is vividly and repeatedly imagined.

3. Our rewards in life will depend on the quality and amount of the contribution we make.

4. A large vocabulary – which implies broad general knowledge – characterizes the more successful persons, regardless of their occupations.

5. The reason so many individuals fail to achieve their goals in life is that they never really set them in the first place.

6. A touch is worth a thousand words.

7. Life is a self-fulfilling prophecy – you won’t necessarily get what you want in life, but in the long run you will usually get what you expect.

8. The “Good old days” are here and now.

9. Live in the present, enjoy each day to the fullest, embrace opportunity, make opportunity.

10. Winners work at doing things the majority of the population are not willing to do.

As you tend your own garden, unlike any other,
Remember the words of my lovely grandmother.
“If you’re hoping to harvest a life of great deeds,
Remember you first have to plant some great seeds.”
